Cullman, Alabama consistently attracts new industries to the area because of the community's trained and productive workforce.

Our community is committed to providing opportunities for our citizens. Industry and education work in conjunction to change the stigma associated with career tech. Support for these programs has never been higher.

Cullman is becoming a leader in workforce solutions. We have listened to our local industries and implemented programs to "educate the educators." An innovative program called "Educators in Industry" was established in 2015. This program allowed all middle and high schools teachers in the Cullman County system to tour local industries and become familiarized with our industrial community. The "Educator Exchange Program" began a few years ago and allows teachers to actually work at a local industry a few weeks during the summer. This experience shows the teachers how what they teach is implemented in "real world" scenarios. With these programs, we are trying to show educators how their students can be successful, productive members of society by obtaining certificates and learning a skill.

The Cullman Economic Development Agency will work with your company to ensure you receive the resources you need to be successful.
